GULABKA

Inspired by the traditional Indian sweet, gulab jamun, this cocktail holds the resemblance of the gulab jamuns' taste but without the rich, sweet flavour. This cocktail has great balance and also looks gorgeous. For those of you who don't know, a gulab jamun is a round cake type pudding that is dipped in a sweet syrup.

RECIPE:

30ml - RK VODKA

20ml - Homemade Cardamom Rose Syrup (link to method)

10ml Lime Juice

100ml Merchants Heart Hibiscus Tonic

Garnish - Crushed Cardamom, Rose Buds and Pomegranate Seeds

Combining Gulab Jamun with Vodka, there you have, the Gulabka!
